Anxiety

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, it is estimated that approximately 31% of adults in the United States will experience anxiety at some point in their life. If you’ve experienced it, you know how upsetting it can feel and probably never want to experience it again! The good news is that is it very treatable with therapy.

Our therapists at Spring Forth Counseling Services have helped people overcome anxiety so they worry less and enjoy life more. We mainly use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which has been proven very effective in treating anxiety*. In addition to CBT, we are flexible in our ability to use other approaches and tools, depending on your unique needs. This way you sit in the driver’s seat of your life — not anxiety.

Whether you need help to manage uncomfortable physical symptoms, are tired of constantly worrying, or are fed up with the ways anxiety has been holding you back from certain situations and experiences, we can help. Contact us today to schedule your first appointment.
