  3. You’ll learn practical tools to practice outside of session. The work you do in session matters. The work you do outside of session equally matters because that’s where cycles are broken and tools/skills are strengthened.

Our Approach to Couples Counseling

Our therapists incorporate the Gottman Method to help couples rebuild what feels broken and strengthen what they’re already doing right. We start with an assessment to better understand each of you as individuals and as a couple. We then create treatment goals with you so we’re all on the same page about what we’re working towards. Then we start working towards these goals together, which might might include strengthening communication skills, improving conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection.

We offer couples counseling online throughout all of California. Both individuals must be in California at the time that each session takes place. Offering services virtually allows for more flexibility in scheduling. We offer daytime and evening appointments.
